Indgns Style & Co LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates AI Tools Mentor at aitoolsmentor.com. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

• Report generation: When you generate an AI Stack Report, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your company name. This data is used to personalise your report and is included in the report itself.
• Wizard answers: Your responses in the recommendation wizard (role, budget, team size, priorities) are processed locally in your browser to generate Fit Scores. This data is not stored on our servers.

Information Collected Automatically

• Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. This collects anonymised data such as page views, referral sources, device type, and country. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
• Server logs: Our hosting provider (Vercel) may log IP addresses and request data for security and performance purposes. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used for marketing.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect payment information — all purchases happen on third-party tool provider websites
• We do not use tracking cookies for advertising
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
• We do not build user profiles for targeted advertising

2. How We Use Your Data

• Email addresses: Used to deliver your AI Stack Report and, if you opt in, to send our newsletter ("The Mentor's Weekly Brief"). We will never sell your email to third parties.
• Analytics data: Used to understand which content is most useful, improve the Site, and make better tool recommendations.
• Wizard responses: Processed in your browser only. Not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

3. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Services

When you click on a link to a third-party AI tool, you leave our Site and are subject to that tool's privacy policy. Some of our links contain affiliate tracking parameters that identify AI Tools Mentor as the referral source. These parameters do not contain your personal information.

Third-party services we use:

• Vercel: Hosting and analytics (Vercel Privacy Policy)
• Google Fonts: Font delivery — Google may collect anonymised usage data (Google Privacy Policy)

4. Cookies

AI Tools Mentor uses minimal cookies:

• Essential cookies: Required for the Site to function (session management, preferences). These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: Vercel Analytics uses privacy-focused, cookieless analytics by default. If we add Google Analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out mechanism.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking scripts.

5. Data Retention

• Email addresses: Retained until you unsubscribe from our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
• Analytics data: Retained in anonymised form for up to 12 months.
• Wizard responses: Not retained — processed locally in your browser and discarded when you leave the page.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including using HTTPS encryption for all Site traffic, hosting on Vercel's SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, and limiting access to personal data to authorised personnel only. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

AI Tools Mentor is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
